This course is designed for HR Professionals who are supporting managers with difficult wellbeing conversations. It focuses around having good wellbeing conversations and takes a number of tailored case studies to work through with you. It also optionally uses actors to support practising  these conversations using forum theatre.

Influencing Skills for Health and Safety Professionals

This course is meant for health and safety professionals who recognise that the technical skillset is only a small percentage of the toolkit required to be effective.

Introduction to Managing Organisational Health and Wellbeing

This course pulls on best practice from large organisations and small, works through a structure for creating a strategy, who needs to be involved and how to do a stress risk assessment.

Introducing ISO 45003

This course is meant for senior managers or functional heads such as health and safety and HR professionals who would like to add ISO 45003 to their certifications or would like to know how to perform a stress risk assessment. It has been designed by Peter Kelly, former senior psychologist at HSE.

Stress Risk Assessment

This is a facilitated workshop or series of workshops in which we review your latest HR Engagement survey/wellbeing survey and data from any other feedback loops and run employee forums/train you to run employee forums to gather data for a stress risk assessment.

Fostering Psychological Safety in the Workplace

This course aims to create the link between good business management and the creation of psychological safety. That psychological safety is intrinsic to management of risk as well as creativity, connection and productivity.
