What does the Course aim to achieve?

This course is meant for health and safety and HR professionals who have recently taken on organisational wellbeing and who want to do more than coordinate training.
This course pulls on best practice from large organisations and small, works through a structure for creating a strategy, who needs to be involved and how to do a stress risk assessment.
