What does the Course aim to achieve?
Love or hate it, mindfulness, and research into the topic, has grown exponentially in recent years with the science showing it improves cognition, performance, and overall mental health.
This might be inducing eye rolls from some reading this, who see it as a ‘fad’ or just plain old nonsense. But is it? Or does it actually work?
Our course demystifies mindfulness and proposes the option of practicing it, as a tool for managing peak performance, teaching you how to take small breaks in your day to focus on the here and now.
