Introduction to Wellbeing and Resilience in the Workplace

- Animated video with homework sheet – duration 25 minutes (for your intranet or as part of the Healthy Work Vault)
What does the Course aim to achieve?
This course ensures that everyone is on the same page when you start further education relating to any other aspect of mental health. It (or a course like it) should be undertaken before embarking on a conversation course or any of our positive individual mental health courses.
It includes definitions of key terms, an explanation of what stress is, how the mental health continuum works, and how physical and mental health interact with each other. It also looks at self-care and resilience by looking at the key protective factors for good wellbeing and key factors for resilience.
