What does the Course aim to achieve?
This course introduces the idea that good wellbeing is built on habits. Our brain creates shortcuts and habitual ways of doing and thinking which become very difficult to shift. New thinking in this area takes the idea of small changes, cues, and rewards as being the route to building better habits.
