What does the Course aim to achieve?

This course is led by award winning TedX speaker, author and consultant Lis Cashin – recently featured on a BBC documentary.
 
Lis struggled to learn forgiveness following experiencing major trauma as a teenager and feeling responsible for the death of a friend. She now teaches that when we feel safe at work, physically and mentally, we bring our best selves to work, meaning both team and individual potential can be realised.
