What does the programme aim to achieve?

With ongoing uncertainty, stress and anxiety at the fore for individuals, it is time to take a proactive approach to wellbeing and understanding resilience.

As people’s home lives play more of an impact, the solution to workplace wellbeing is no longer entirely in the control of the HR and Health & Safety professionals and with unprecedented levels of change all around us, we wanted to make a bigger more sustainable difference.

Learning Outcomes

With a focus on supporting managers and their teams our new programme has been developed to:

  • Capitalise on the opportunity to recreate work in a way which works with our lives for the long-term
  • Educate people about creating good habits and how to take responsibility for their own wellbeing
  • Truly integrate wellbeing into our workplaces
PROGRAMME OUTLINE

This programme allows you to pick six of the courses outlined below:

  • An introduction to wellbeing and resilience in the workplace
  • Sleep part one
  • How to manage uncertainty, worry and stress
  • Healthy habit building for success
  • How to reclaim and maximise your time
  • Mindfulness for peak performance in the workplace
  • Interventions for thriving in the workplace
